Privacy Statement

Last updated November 4, 2026

This statement explains what PUZZET (the website and the PUZZET Android app, together "the Service") collects, why, who it is shared with and what you can do about it. PUZZET is operated by Rocket Full, Ltd. Co. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to this statement and to our Terms of Service.

Short version

What we collect

Account information

If you create an account we collect your name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form). We also keep a display name, which is shown publicly next to puzzles you share. It is derived from your name unless you change it, and it does not include your email address. Accounts are for people aged 13 or older.

Content you create

Puzzles, word banks, titles, descriptions, categories and similar content you create. Content you mark public is visible to everyone, can be played and printed by others and may appear in search engines. Private content is visible only to you and our administrators.

Votes and ratings

When you rate a puzzle we record the rating together with an identifier for your account or browser session and a keyed hash of your IP address. We use these only to count one vote per person and to limit abuse. We cannot reverse the hash to recover your address.

Play and usage data

We count views, plays, prints and completions of each puzzle, and the time it took to finish. These are totals per puzzle and are used for popularity, difficulty ratings and statistics shown to creators. Our server logs and session records also include your IP address, browser or app identifier, pages requested and timestamps, which we use for security, debugging and abuse prevention.

Cookies and similar technologies

Shop activity

When you buy or choose something in the app's shop, the app tells us which item it was. It sends a random number the app made for itself, which is not linked to your name, email or account, so we can see how many devices have an item and which items people like. It does not say who you are, and it does not include your coin balance or the puzzles you play.

The app

The app shows the website's play pages and the game catalogue. It stores on your device the puzzles you have played and saved, your best scores and stars, your coin balance and your settings (sound, animation, vibration, screen on). This data stays on your device unless a future feature says otherwise, and it is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it. The app identifies itself to the site in its user agent so pages can fit the app. It does not ask for your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files.

How we use information

Advertising

We do not currently show advertising on the website or in the app. We may add it. If we do, we may work with advertising partners who use cookies, device identifiers and similar technology to serve ads, measure them and, where permitted, personalize them. Those partners would receive information such as your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you view. Where the law requires, we will ask for your consent first and give you a way to opt out of personalized ads. Ad choices may also be available through your device settings or tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance. We will update this statement and its date when advertising starts, and we do not knowingly serve personalized ads to children.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account exists. When you delete your account from your profile page, your account and your puzzles are removed, and the totals they contributed to may remain in aggregate form. Vote and abuse-prevention records, logs and backups are kept only as long as needed and are then deleted or anonymized. We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes and enforce our terms.

Your choices and rights

Children and classrooms

The Service is meant for a general audience, and teachers use it with students. Accounts are for people 13 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Students can play without an account. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Teachers and schools are responsible for deciding whether and how students use the Service and for any permissions their school requires.

Security and where data is processed

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords, but no system is perfectly secure. The Service is run from the United States and information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate.

Changes and contact

We may change this statement. We will post the new version with a new date, and for significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to tell you. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions or requests: hello@puzzet.com.
